HEARTBREAKING UPDATE!!! Emmerdale’s John Sugden humiliates Aaron Dingle as tension continues

Emmerdale’s John Sugden humiliates Aaron Dingle as tension continues

Emmerdale spoilers follow.

John Sugden is set to humiliate Aaron Dingle as tensions rise between the pair.

John (played by Oliver Farnworth) made his first appearance on the soap this week, when he ended up stranded on the side of the road. He was helped by Aaron Dingle who was driving Eric Pollard’s car, after borrowing it from the garage.

The pair hooked up in the back of the van but John shut down Aaron’s offer to meet up again the next day. He then drove away with Aaron’s keys and wallet in his van, while the latter relieved himself in the bushes.

Without the keys, Aaron and Mackenzie Boyd were left in a tricky situation, unable to get back into Eric’s car without a locksmith.

In upcoming episodes, John is furious when he finds out his van has been stolen from the garage. He thinks he knows who is to blame for the missing vehicle.

John’s temper is revealed when he spots his van in a lake and loses his cool. It becomes clear that Mack is the one responsible for the stolen van, which leaves Aaron feeling worried.

The pair’s guilt worsens when Victoria explains that the van was actually John’s home.

Determined to get revenge, John openly flirts with Aaron and then humiliates him when Aaron tries to go in for a kiss.

Later, Mack attempts to scare John out of the village by punching him, unaware that his rival is a very capable fighter. Their fight is broken up by Cain, who reveals he’s given John a job at the farm.

Meanwhile, Victoria is delighted to hear that John will be staying in the village a little longer. She returns some army dog tags to him but he becomes irritated by her probing at his past.

Victoria’s efforts to get to know her half-brother are wasted as John distances himself from her and her son Harry. Will John continue to make more enemies in the village?

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
