The episode begins with Sharon and Nick sitting in a dimly lit hospital room,

of the machines that keep her alive. Sharon, eyes swollen from crying, whispers, “She’s going to be okay, right?” Her voice is filled with a desperate hope that’s slowly being eroded by fear.
