Fans are aware that Dawn Taylor and Billy Fletcher’s little one, Evan, was diagnosed with leukaemia. They were told Evan needed treatment as soon as possible, So according to Emmerdale spoilers, Dawn stayed by his side in the hospital while Billy had to handle things at home.

Since then, the couple has been having a hard time. Dawn was upset to see Billy return to normal life, but he felt left out not being with Evan. At one point, Dawn was so desperate to ease her pain that it made Will worry she might go back to drugs.
