Emmerdale star Paula Lane has hinted at her imminent return as Ella. Paula, who joined the ITV soap on streaming service ITV X last year, has been off-screen following some recent storyline revelations but is set to make a comeback soon. Ella arrived in the village with a major secret that was eventually unveiled: she killed her friend in a fit of rage on her 11th birthday. Despite serving her time, the villagers are reluctant to accept her.

Paula recently shared that Ella will find an ally in Mandy, played by Lisa, and will come to rely on her moving forward.
