Next week, Tyrone Dobbs’ ex, Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu), returns to Corrie. Viewers must recall that she departed the town after Tyrone broke up with her to get back together with Fiz Stape. In her last scenes, Alina was seen boarding a flight to Romania. She had told Tyrone she was pregnant but then claimed she was lying.

But fans were sure she wasn’t being honest when they spotted her cradling her stomach at the airport. Now, after three years, a source has confirmed, “Ruxandra has already been into the studios and started filming.”

According to them, she was a huge favourite with fans, the cast, and crew, and everyone is thrilled to have her back. But guess what? Tyrone’s mum, Cassie Plummer, is stepping in to lend a hand. In the spoiler pictures, you can see her helping get into a cab and being driven around. What is she up to?

Back in 2019, Alina entered Weatherfield after being a victim of human trafficking in Romania. Thankfully, she finally broke free. Then, she started a relationship with Tyrone Dobbs despite him being with Fiz Stape at the time. They were overjoyed to learn she was pregnant with their first baby.

But soon, a tragic fire at Alina’s flat took away her child. It turned out that Hope was the one behind it all, and her father tried to cover up for her. But Alina decided to break up with Tyrone when she discovered the truth. Later, Tyrone and Fiz got back together and tied the knot on Christmas Day 2022.
