In a recent first-look video, the fate of Belle Dingle’s beloved dog, Piper, has been revealed, sending shockwaves through the Emmerdale community. For months, viewers have watched in horror as Tom King, played by James Chase, manipulates and torments his wife, Belle Dingle, portrayed by Eden Taylor-Draper. Despite Tom’s relentless attempts to control Belle, she finally broke free and announced the end of their tumultuous union. But even after their split, Tom has been desperate to win Belle back, resorting to increasingly extravagant and sinister tactics.

What Belle doesn’t realize is that Tom has secretly installed cameras throughout her house, monitoring her every move. The depths of Tom’s depravity were fully revealed in a shocking turn of events during Friday’s episode. Tom, unable to accept Belle’s rejection, took his anger out on the most innocent member of the family—Piper, the puppy.

During Sam Dingle’s birthday celebration at the Woolpack, Tom approached Belle in a fit of rage, furious that she had excluded him from the family festivities. When Belle stood her ground and told him to leave, Tom lashed out, grabbing her wrist in a menacing gesture. The confrontation escalated when the Dingle family overheard Belle’s cries, forcing Tom to leave the pub in humiliation.

But the nightmare was far from over. Later that evening, Tom returned to Wishing Well Cottage, where he encountered Piper. In a horrifying and deliberate act, Tom aimed his car at the unsuspecting puppy and hit him. The chilling scene unfolded as Tom, now panicked, rushed back to the village with the injured Piper wrapped in a blanket. Belle, seeing him leave the pub with the limp puppy in his arms, was immediately suspicious of Tom’s intentions, despite his feigned concern for the injured animal.

Viewers were left on edge, fearing the worst for Piper. Unfortunately, it seems their fears were justified. A sneak peek at Monday’s episode, released by Metro, shows Belle and Tom returning to the village. Belle is visibly shaken from the traumatic experience, her mind racing with the realization that something is terribly wrong. As they walk, Tom casually suggests that Belle should move in with him, trying to manipulate her once again. But Belle’s world comes crashing down when she suddenly realizes the truth—Tom was responsible for Piper’s injuries.

In a gut-wrenching moment, Belle confronts Tom, her voice filled with rage and heartbreak. “It was you!” she screams. “You’ve killed her!” Tom, stunned by Belle’s accusation, is caught off guard. He never imagined that Belle would piece together the truth about his involvement in the accident. His shock and guilt are palpable as Belle, devastated by the loss of Piper, begins to unravel.

Meanwhile, the drama in Emmerdale is far from over. Next week’s episodes promise even more turmoil as the village prepares for Mandy and Paddy’s big day. But with Bear discovering Mandy’s secretive profession, it’s a race against time to save the wedding. In other developments, Gabby and Vinny grow closer, and Belle faces an even bigger challenge as she returns home to confront Tom—only to find that he’s already one step ahead of her.

As the Dingles rally around Belle in her time of need, the tension in Emmerdale continues to rise. Tom’s obsession with Belle has reached dangerous levels, and with Piper’s fate hanging in the balance, Belle must find the strength to fight back against the man who has caused her so much pain. Will justice be served, or will Tom’s dark deeds go unpunished? Tune in to the next episodes of Emmerdale to find out.
