Matty Barton has been feeling more optimistic since his cellmate Leay accepted him as a trans man and promised to share this with Amy Barton during her visits. Matty is thrilled to hear they have a new solicitor, raising his hopes of an early release from prison. As visiting hours end, Amy feels relieved by Matty’s positive outlook. However, she is then approached by Robbo, who deceitfully gains her trust and learns crucial details about Matty’s situation.
