Recently, Rose framed Kim for a malicious incident at Home Farm, which led to Dawn Fletcher’s drink being mistakenly spiked. In the upcoming scenes, Kim fights back by confronting the dealer involved in the conspiracy against her. Kim demands to know who hired the dealer, suspecting it’s the same person manipulating Rose. Although the dealer refuses to reveal any names, he confirms Kim’s suspicion that Rose is not the true mastermind.
Initially, Kim suspects her long-time enemy Caleb Milligan due to their past conflicts over Home Farm ownership. However, her focus soon shifts to Caleb’s wife, Ruby. Kim visits Mill Cottage and notices expensive brandy that Ruby has blatantly stolen from her.
As Kim declares they need to talk, Ruby realizes her target has uncovered the truth. Ruby boldly taunts Kim, promising to watch closely as Kim’s life falls apart. Ruby believes Kim’s marriage is doomed after recent events, but Kim refuses to admit defeat.
Before long, Kim returns triumphantly to Home Farm, asserting that she now knows everything. The next day, PC Swirling arrives at Home Farm to conduct a welfare check on Rose after finding her handbag abandoned. Kim and Will do their best to avoid looking guilty.
