SHOCKING BETRAYAL! Emmerdale star predicts Dawn’s reaction to Rose’s betrayal
Emmerdale star Olivia Bromley has predicted how her character Dawn Fletcher will react to Rose Jackson’s betrayal.
The soap recently revealed that Rose is secretly working with Ruby Fox-Miligan, sharing phone calls and meeting up to discuss the progress of their scheme to destroy Kim Tate.
Rose has been hesitant to go along with the plan as she’s worried it will ruin her relationship with her daughter, but Ruby has convinced her that it will actually bring her closer to Dawn.

Speaking to Inside Soap magazine, Bromley said: “It would be blow after blow for Dawn! Having been vulnerable and starting to trust this woman, Dawn has suddenly felt a deep connection to her and let her guard down.
“She’d be completely floored and devastated. Dawn has abandonment and trust issues anyway, so it would be a big deal to be let down in such a way.
“It would be very hard for Dawn to trust somebody who had been malicious or devious in any way. It depends how Rose can redeem herself and whether Rose is wanting to go ahead with some of these plans.

“There may be something in Rose that’s starting to connect with Dawn and like having her as a daughter…”
In terms of a hypothetical story that she’d love to see play out, Bromley said that while she’d love something “a bit grittier”, she’d also actually love a story where Dawn comes into a load of money and becomes incredibly glamorous, stating: “I want Dawn to have a glow-up!”
